  • Today, I continued writing in a Google Keep note on my iPhone at the gym. This personal finance booklet is being written a few lines at a time. While I feel like I’m being productive, it is time to get back to doing lat pulldowns. I don’t like the feeling of other people waiting on me; luckily, no one else wants to do lat pulldowns at the moment.

  • I like to think of this like a Tesla self-driving automobile. Every single day that passes where Tesla's self-driving technology is not available, either due to development or regulatory burdens, is an additional day that people are manually driving cars; this includes drunk and distracted drivers. The sooner Tesla can get this technology developed and approved, the sooner driving becomes safer for everyone. Similarly, every day this book is not in a reader’s hands, is a day that a pharmacy student or new pharmacist might be purchasing a whole life insurance policy that might not be appropriate for them, someone purchasing high expense ratio mutual funds, or worse … YOLO’ing thousands of dollars on SHIB.
